Francisco Moreno Jr. was scheduled to be arraigned on the indictment Tuesday morning, court records show. He’s accused of hitting and killing Richard Andrew Parmer on Nov. 29. Moreno, however, wouldn’t be arrested until late December.

Christina Louise Montemayor, 45, has been charged with murder for the death of Raul Cantu Jr., who died on Aug. 20, 2024. The shooting happened around 11:47 p.m. that day at a restaurant located at 1018 W. Frontage Road in Alamo.

Alec Omar Espericueta was charged with animal cruelty for allegedly killing a stray cat by slamming the cat on the ground multiple times, striking the cat on the head with a rock and stomping on the cat’s head with his foot.
