The incident occurred at on the M40 junction 11 at Banbury on June 18, at about 5.45pm, in which a male was standing on the overbridge exposing himself. Thames Valley Police for Cherwell have today (June 20) launched an appeal for anyone who witnessed the exposure incident to come forward.
