The 4-time defending champions thought they had won the game twice in the 7th inning, but Kenzie Hunter RBI liner to centerfield finally set off the meaningful celebration, keeping the dynasty going.     New Castle County Police have charged a 34-year old Bear area man with five counts of third degree rape where the victim is under the age of 16 in connection to a sexual relationship he allegedly had with a student. Police said the 14-year old female victim contacted them over the weekend about the relationship with 34-year old Joseph Caceres that went on from November 2024 to May of this year.
