Highs will top out in the low to mid 70s and won't cool down behind the front. (LEX 18) — Pike County Circuit Court Judge Howard Keith Hall was indicted by a grand jury after he allegedly submitted false payroll certifications from October 2010 through May 15, 2020 when he was the elected county attorney. A document filed in the Eastern District of Kentucky alleges that Hall was submitting the false payroll every pay period, which claimed the assistant county attorney of Pike County was a part-time employee who worked at least 100 hours per month.
