It is owned by Townsquare Media, with the broadcast license managed by Townsquare Media Atlantic City License, LLC. The station operates with a consistent power of 1,000 watts, allowing it to reach listeners across Ocean, Atlantic, and Cape May Counties in New Jersey, as well as parts of southern Delaware and coastal Maryland, both during the day and at night. Since it adopted a talk radio format on October 22, 2012, it has been branded as "WPG Talk Radio 1450."
