Good news for drivers in one South Jersey community: the safest railroad crossing in the state just got safer. And a little more ridiculous. I've been a fan of trains (known as "railfanning") since I was a kid. To this day, every time I drive over a railroad crossing, I instinctively look down the tracks to see if there might be a train coming. There was quite a light show at a big shopping mall in South Jersey Friday night. I could best describe it as if we were trying to either attract or land UFOs, this is probably the best way to do it.
