Happy birthday to the Freedom of Information Act! Requesting government records is patriotic

Marshall did all the right things, all the time. Let's try to follow his example. https://t.co/wZ8UenYRO2

This is heartbreaking. Marshall Allen was an absolute straight arrow, top flight reporter, loving family man and generous mentor. His work ethic was unparalleled. He was truly exceptional, a saint in investigative journalism.

I am absolutely devastated and shocked to hear that my former colleague and friend @marshallallen died. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful, wonderful person Marshall was. This is beyond crushing. Please help his family. https://t.co/H4Cunn0P6Y
