James "The Stradman", a car YouTuber with over 4 million subscribers, teamed up with local entrepreneur Freddy Nguyen who has consulted on projects from entertainment at Gila River Resorts & Casinos to marketing for The Maggiore Group, to open a brand-new car-themed pizza restaurant in Scottsdale.
