Arizona Restaurant Association announced the winners of its Foodist Awards at an April 7 ceremony at Warehouse 215 in downtown Phoenix. Prior to the ceremony, chefs, restaurateurs, mixologists and food industry members, dressed to the nines, mingled and caught up with each other over drinks and small bites.
