ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — You’ve probably seen the pictures on Instagram but now Central New York Residents will get the chance to explore one of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama’s mirrored rooms. Kusama’s “Let’s Survive Forever” installation, which is part of her Infinity Mirrored Room collection, opened at Rochester’s Memorial Art Gallery in October 2023, and next month a Syracuse University Fashion Design Professor is set to give an engaging lecture there.

All season, they’ve seen a wet trend. Izzo says that last year, it was in the 70s and 80s for temperatures in most of October. This year looks different.

This is the second year that St. Joseph School welcomed grandparents back after COVID-19, and school officials say this is the biggest turnout. “A tradition that we look forward to,” Grandmother, Sharon Galletto-Stengein says. The classrooms at St. Joseph School were full, as grandparents were able to enjoy the day with the most special people in their lives.
