    SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah — A new lawsuit from Republican candidate for governor, Rep. Phil Lyman, R-Blanding, demands both Gov. Spencer Cox and Lt Gov. Deidre Henderson be removed from office. In the suit, Lyman asks that the president of the Senate, currently Stuart Adams, be appointed to serve as governor until January next year. The petition, filed with the Utah Supreme Court, also demands Lyman, not Cox, be listed as the official Republican candidate for governor on the general election ballot.
