    PHOENIX — Seeing hazy skies, Phoenix? You're not imagining things. There is a lot of dust in the air in the Valley and parts of Eastern Arizona causing skies to appear hazier than usual. Dust first advanced into Arizona Wednesday night into Thursday from New Mexico. Our first round of monsoon storms erupted and put out strong outflow winds which continued to kick up dust on Thursday, as well.
