(WHAM) — It’s been one week since 13WHAM obtained an internal compliance report from Ontario County regarding the 2024 Election Day party at the courthouse known as “Fall Fest.”The event was hosted by the county's district attorney’s office, lasting much of the workday, and raising a ton of questions.

The compliance report, obtained by 13WHAM, found that employees consumed alcohol inside a courtroom, sang karaoke, and left work early to visit a cidery. The report also described elaborate decorations, including one office made to resemble a strip club, with some employees reportedly dressing as strippers, Hannibal Lecter, and characters from musicals. Jason MacBride, a former prosecutor and current primary candidate for Ontario County District Attorney, expressed shock at the findings.
