Maricopa County health inspectors cited four restaurants for 16 health violations during the week of May 3. The violations ranged from moldy tortillas to masa, which is used to make tortillas, stored in direct contact with the inside of a grocery store bag. A priority violation is a major violation that directly contributes to an increased risk of foodborne illness or injury. If listed in inspection reports, remedies implemented during the inspection are noted.

Few have succeeded. Only five companies currently produce helium in Arizona and one of them supplies nearly 90% of the total.
