    Taco Tuesday never tasted so good. Modern Mexican restaurant Tocaya, located at Scottsdale Fashion Square, just added a new taco lineup—including vegan options. Five new creations are available, most of which now feature organic blue corn tortillas. Oh, and to wash them down, the locale has streamlined its margarita offerings to just one size—large. The new tacos include:Tinga Taco, with smashed pinto beans, pickled onions, salsa frita, and cotija.
