Two Shea Homes entities’ request that the Club West Conservancy fork over $504,804 in lawyers’ fees and $4,858 in filing levies remains alive after a judge last week rejected a bid to toss it. Following a half-hour online hearing April 28, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Susanna C. Pineda dismissed the Conservancy’s argument that Shea Homes Inc. and Shea Homes Limited Partnership had missed a deadline for seeking those fees by a month.
