CITY HALL — A small fire forced the evacuation of City Hall in the middle of a City Council meeting Wednesday. Several streets surrounding City Hall, 121 N. LaSalle St., remain closed by police as of 12:25 p.m. Wednesday, as firefighters deal with the fire on the Cook County side of the building.
