    A man "sublet" his council house to a family and later threatened one of his tenants when the local authority found out, a court has heard. John Kelly, 40, of Silken Gardens, Maynooth, Co Kildare, appeared at Dublin District Court yesterday. Garda Eric Keogh said Mr Kelly made no reply when charged with threatening to kill or cause serious harm to a man on September 5.
