    Some Air Canada passengers at Montreal’s Trudeau Airport were annoyed that they will now have to pay additional fees for their carry-on luggage. Passengers who purchased basic economy fares and are travelling within North America, Central America and the Caribbean will have to pay $35 for their carry-on luggage and $50 the second one. In Quebec, drug related deaths jumped 30 per cent in the first half of 2024, according to the public health institute (INSPQ).
