WMDT is an ABC-affiliated TV station that serves the Delmarva Peninsula, with its license based in Salisbury, Maryland. It transmits a high-definition digital signal on UHF channel 47 from a transmitter located in the countryside of Wicomico County, just northeast of Mardela Springs. Notably, its tower ranks as the second tallest structure in Maryland. Viewers can tune in on Comcast channel 7 or watch in high definition on digital channel 210. The station is owned by Marquee Broadcasting and has its studios situated on West Main Street, although its official address is Downtown Plaza in Salisbury.

Currently, the only Hope Center in existence is the one up in New Castle County. The Hope Center looks to provide financial support and house individuals for those experiencing homelessness. Senator Buckson and a group of others visited that facility, wanting to see what the Center has to offer in terms of services that could be replicated in Dover.

    DOVER, Del. – Police are currently investigating a crash that claimed the life of one Sunday morning. According to police, around 4:15 a.m., they received a report of a crash involving a Kawasaki motorcycle around White Oak Road and Garrison Oak Road. When officers arrived, they found a 58-year -old man lying in a field by the road after being ejected from their motorcycle. The motorcycle was on white oak road before it suddenly veered off the road and hit a ditch causing him to eject.

    POCOMOKE, Md. – Police are investigating shots fired in Pocomoke yesterday morning. According to Maryland State police, around 1:30 am, they received a report of shots fired at 4300 residential block of Stockton road. Police learned that the shots were fired at a home in the area, but no one was injured.
