It has been a cloudy but mercifully dry Easter weekend - perfect for spending a day in the pub beer garden. Crowds have been flocking to The Signal Box Inn in Cleethorpes to meet the Easter bunny, enjoy pints in the fresh air, and ride on the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway next door. Measuring just 8ft by 8ft, the vintage railway building housing The Signal Box Inn calls itself the "smallest pub on the planet". Luckily, there is plenty of outdoor seating.

An inspirational woman has made nearly 700 knitted garments for babies and dementia patients at local hospitals. Joyce Bone, 97, creates cute baby knitwear and soothing Twiddlemuffs from her Immingham home. The talented craftswoman will turn 98 years old in May and is showing no signs of slowing down. A Twiddlemuff is a knitted muff worn on the hands and adorned with buttons, bows, strands of beads, zips and decorations.
