Sprinkle with Ranch seasoning and gravy mix. Add butter on top. Place peppers around the chicken. Sprinkle salt, pepper.

For home, you can just half everything. 8 to 10 servings1 pound turkey or chicken sausage, cooked and crumbled1 bag hash browns, thawed10 large eggs1 ½ c milk1 c shredded cheddar cheese½ t salt½ t pepper½ t garlic powder½ t dried oregano½ c diced green peppers½ c chopped onion¼ c fresh parsley¼ t onion powderPre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 dish. Cook meat. Remove and drain. Saute the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes until soft.
