Juan Morales, 49, was sentenced to three years and one month in federal prison for coming back to the U.S. illegally for a third time. Morales had been convicted of dealing both meth and cocaine in both Indiana and Illinois. He had also been deported in 2007 and 2018.

IMPD says were called to the intersection of Morris Street and Hiatt streets around 1:30 p.m., which is in a residential area between Belmont Avenue and South Harding Street. They found a man with a gunshot wound near a bus stop. He was rushed to a hospital but later died. One person was detained at the scene.

Reports: At Least Five Dead in Shooting at Florida State University

TALLAHASSEE, FL.– There is a report of at least five people dead because of a shooting at Florida State University. FOX News reports four people are also hurt, and there were two shooters. One shooter is dead and one is in custody. Reports of an active shooter started coming in around noon Eastern time, and police swarmed the campus in Tallahassee.
