    TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A trial date has been set for Michael Baker, a Terre Haute man charged with reckless homicide. Baker was arrested in December. Police said he gave a 12-year-old Terre Haute boy an unknown substance to consume, which led to the boy's death. Baker faces several charges related to the case. His jury trial is scheduled for Monday, August 11. Baker will return to court for a pre-trial conference on Wednesday, July 30.
