Nicholas Anzalone, David Walters, Michael Fisher, and Michael Mashaw were in court to make motions before Judge Robert Bauer on Wednesday, June 4. Anzalone is the only one of the four who is facing a top charge of murder, while the other three face top charges of manslaughter.

WHITESTOWN, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — An early-morning crash in the town of Whitestown seriously injured one person and has shut down Commercial Drive for several hours. New York State Troopers were called to the area of the Steet-Ponte car dealerships on Commercial Drive at approximately 8 am on Wednesday, June 4. A preliminary investigation revealed that the male driver of the motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Commercial Drive.

MARCY, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — A truck-versus-motorcycle accident in the Town of Marcy on Wednesday has sent two people to the hospital, according to Oneida County Sheriffs. Officers were called to Fox Road in the Town of Marcy at approximately 12:12 pm on Wednesday, June 4. Further investigation found that the driver of the motorcycle — 67-year-old Mark Polmatier of Holland Patent — was driving southbound on Fox Road.
