WYRD-FM, also referred to as 106-3 WORD, is a talk radio station that serves listeners in the Greenville-Spartanburg region of Upstate South Carolina. Owned by Entercom Communications, this station is licensed in Simpsonville, SC, and operates at a frequency of 106.3 MHz with a power output of 25 kW. Prior to February 24, 2014, WYRD-FM shared programming with WYRD 1330 AM in Greenville and WORD 950 AM in Spartanburg, which has since changed to ESPN Radio. The station's studios are located in Greenville, while its transmitter can be found east of Five Forks. Additionally, WYRD-FM can be heard on W236CD-FM at 95.1 MHz, a translator station licensed to Seneca, SC.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO (KMOX) - An adult man died Saturday evening in the Big River at Rockford Beach. While this is the first drowning this season, it is not the first rescue. Last week there was a near drowning of a father and son that were trapped in the current. The same place where the man died. High Ridge Fire Chief John Barton tells KMOX they received a call before 5:30 pm. When they arrived, a deputy was already in the river trying to find the man.

According to the Sewerage and Water Board, that line break happened on Upperline Street. The break sent water pressures in the area below the legally-required minimum of 20 pounds per square inch, necessitating the advisory.
