TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Funeral arrangements have been announced for Dawn Caloca-Johnson, a Leon County Second Judicial Circuit judge, who passed away Sunday. The judge lost her life after a single-vehicle crash in Gulf County Saturday, according to a Facebook post from her husband, Ken Johnson. Her funeral will be held Tuesday, May 27, at 11 a.m. at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Tallahassee, according to her obituary on Bevis Funeral Home’s website.

(WCTV) - Criminal charges are pending after a 17-year-old allegedly “unlawfully” entered Brooks County High School, threatened a student and got into an altercation with a school administrator Wednesday, according to the Brooks County Schools Police Department. Jury selection and the trial are set for Tuesday, August 19, according to court records filed May 2. The Leon County Court anticipates that jury selection will conclude on or before Friday, August 22, according to the court documents.
