INTRODUCTION Pancreatic lesions are rising in prevalence, likely because of increasing access to cross-sectional imaging. They can be subtyped into neoplastic and non-neoplastic lesions. Some lesions are characteristic on computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and/or endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), whereas others are nonspecific.
