Fall River received a $25,000 grant through Bloomberg Philanthropies and Asphalt Art. The city planned two street mural locations at some of its busiest intersections to calm traffic, both of which Bloomberg rejected. Earlier this month, the city shared it would seek a new location to install a street mural and make use of the money, but no spot has been located yet. A three-day spending blackout is underway for several major retailers as activists continue to push retailers to restore diversity, equity and inclusion policies. The People's Union USA is calling for its second economic blackout on April 18, 19 and 20, encouraging people to not shop at big box stores as well as online giants. Photos of the cast — including Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Deena Cortese, Vinny Guadagnino and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro — at the stadium in Boston circulated on social media on Wednesday.
