The sign, warning of the danger of escaping gas, had been posted on the railings for the public toilets on Nelson Square in Bolton. We’ll let you draw your own conclusions! If approved, the former Cotton Kier pub at The Valley Leisure Park in Eagley Brook Way, which closed in September 2023 after serving the public for nearly 24 years, will be demolished. In its place, a 66-bedroom residential care home for older people will be built.

The Bolton firm was founded back in 2008 by Phil O’Conner and now manages nearly £40M worth of clients’ assets, providing financial planning, investment and retirement advice.
