    Carl Roberts was described as “a bullying coward” for punching, strangling, and attempting to suffocate the woman in the early hours of January 26 this year.     Seyaab Ahmed, 26, of Dean Close, Allerton, is now beginning a jail sentence of six years and three months after operating his home as a “safe house” for an organised crime group known to be moving multi-kilogramme quantities of Class A drugs. Prosecutor Daniel Lee said Ahmed, who had been under police surveillance as part of “Operation Galaland”, was arrested on April 15 during a raid on his home.
