WHNS, also known as Fox Carolina, is a television station located in Greenville, South Carolina. It operates as the Fox affiliate for the Upstate region of South Carolina and Western North Carolina. The station is owned by Gray Television and has its studios situated on Interstate Court, which is just northwest of Interstate 85 in Greenville. Its transmitter is positioned on Slick Rock Mountain in Transylvania County, North Carolina, about 5 miles (8 km) southeast of Brevard.

TRAVELERS REST, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - An Upstate city is honoring the memory of Revolutionary War heroine Laodicea “Dicey” Langston with a life-sized statue in the heart of downtown. The copper statue will be placed in a historical corridor just off of Main Street, near The Historic Spring Park Inn. SURPRISE, Ariz. (KPHO/Gray News) – Four elementary school girls in Arizona are accused of plotting to kill a classmate by stabbing him in a school bathroom. The case involves four girls, ages 10 and 11, who are fifth graders at Legacy Traditional School’s West Surprise campus. A newly released report from Surprise Police said the friends devised the plan during lunch and recess on Oct. 1, 2024.

Prisma Health EMS say it’s something that can make all the difference between life and death when it comes to heat injuries or illnesses like heat stroke or heat exhaustion. It’s a large plastic bag that allows first responders to put patients in it – submerging them in water and ice.
