    When it comes to driving in Maine, we are pretty lucky most of the year. There are some period where travel by car can be a little less-than-pleasant, however. Take for example tourist season on the coast- kinda crappy, right? Or the middle of a winter storm when the plows haven't been out yet, that also really sucks.     Police have released the identity of a woman who was found dead in a Lewiston home. The deceased has been identified as Melissa Donoghue, 42, of Lewiston. Police have not commented on whether anyone else was home when they arrived. Maine Department of Public Safety Spokesperson Shannon Moss says Lewiston Police were called to a residence on Old Greene Road on Monday, June 2, 2025, just after 5 a.m. for a report of a deceased person. When they arrived, they found Ms. Donoghue at the home.
