The Kerryman is a weekly newspaper that serves the community of County Kerry in Ireland. It is published by Independent News & Media, which is part of Mediahuis. This newspaper has its roots dating back to 1904, when it was started by Maurice Griffin along with his cousins Thomas and Daniel Nolan. In 1972, Independent News & Media, previously called Independent Newspapers Limited, took ownership of The Kerryman.
