    A glass floor cabin at London's cable car is now open (Image: TfL) Thrill-seekers can now book a glass floor cabin at London’s cable car between Greenwich and the Royal Docks. Transport for London (TfL) has said that from today (June 20), it is possible to book the “unique” glass floor experience at IFS Cloud Cable Car. Initially opened in 2012, the cable car has attracted a steady stream of visitors, hitting a record 1.5 million passengers last year.

    Chalkhill Park was shut off by police on Monday (June 16) as forensics investigated the attack which took place on Sunday (June 15). Emergency services, including a London Air Ambulance, were called to the scene at 9.55pm. A man, 28, was treated for stab wounds before being rushed to hospital by road. His injuries have been assessed as life-changing, but not life-threatening. The cordon remained in place throughout all of Monday, shutting off access to the park and closing off Rook Close.

    Police were first called to North Circular Road in Stonebridge on Monday (June16) at 2.05pm to reports of the racially aggravated assault. When officers later arrived at the scene, four were also assaulted and three of them had minor injuries from it. Another officer was also racially abused. Two of these officers were taken to hospital for medical treatment.

    A decision has been made over the future of the shisha bar on Kingsbury Road, after police suspected “serious failings” on the lead-up and handling of the fatal stabbing of Ali Faris Muhammad on May 18. The 26-year-old was in Tigerbay when a fight reportedly broke out, which led to the stabbing outside the venue at 3.31am. He was taken to Northwick Park Hospital, where he later died.
