    On Monday night, the Southern Tioga School District’s board of directors heard an option for the building renovation project.     The 2025 Tioga County Special Olympics Track and Field Day was held May 30 at Commonwealth U-Mansfield and for Addie Milheim, it marked the last year she would act as coordinator for the event. Milheim became involved in the Special Olympics over 30 years ago because her brother has Down’s syndrome and she is the multi-disabled support teacher at North Penn Mansfield. For the last 20 years she has held the position of Special Olympics athletic event coordinator.
