A U.S. citizen was shot and killed Thursday after hijacking a small airplane in Belize at knifepoint and stabbing three people on board, officials in Belize and the U.S. confirmed.     Two Ventura County sheriff’s deputies were arrested in late March after a fight at a bar in Camarillo that sent a bouncer to the hospital. The two deputies, Anthony Malagon and Dylan Davis, were at the El Rey Cantina in Old Town Camarillo a little after midnight on March 30, according to a statement released April 16 by Sheriff Jim Fryhoff. Both men were off duty.
