Muskegon Chronicle
The Muskegon Chronicle is a daily newspaper located in Muskegon, Michigan, and is part of Booth Newspapers. It began its journey in the early to mid-1800s, marking a significant milestone by celebrating its 150th anniversary in May 2007. Due to its shared ownership with the Grand Rapids Press, the Chronicle primarily covers Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, and parts of Ottawa County situated north of the Grand River. In contrast, the Grand Rapids Press focuses on Kent, Ottawa (south of the Grand River), and Allegan counties. The two newspapers frequently share stories with each other. Since the edition released on October 18, the Chronicle's printing has shifted to The Grand Rapids Press's facility in Walker, Michigan. Both publications continue to print daily; however, home delivery has been limited to three days a week—Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Subscribers can access an e-edition, while print copies are available at newsstands on other days.
