(WJW) – A cancer survivor is celebrating his third massive lottery win within less than a year, according to the Western Canada Lottery Corporation. Lottery officials said David Serkin, of Lethbridge in Alberta, first won $500,000 back in August during a LOTTO MAX drawing. He then won $1 million in November during a LOTTO 6/49 drawing.
