Attempted murder arrests after man shot in Bradford car park

Four men have been arrested after a man was shot in Bradford. On April 19, just after 10pm, West Yorkshire Police were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to reports of a man who had been shot after arriving at the hospital with a gunshot wound. His injury was serious, but not life-threatening. The shooting happened in a car park off of Oak Lane, at the junction of Victor Street in Manningham, following an argument. Now, a number of arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
Live as crash shuts three lanes of busy M1 causing big delays

Long delays are building on the M1 following a car crash earlier this morning. According to the traffic management system, Inrix, three of the four lanes were initially shut on the M1 northbound following the crash. Now, just one lane remains shut but as a result, long delays are still building up. The closure is between junction 39 at the A636 Denby Dale Road at Wakefield to junction 40 at the A638 Wakefield Road at Ossett. The closure has been ongoing since around 9.30am.
