Food Network, officially known as Television Food Network, is an American cable and satellite TV channel. It is owned by Television Food Network, G.P., a partnership where Scripps Networks Interactive holds 70% and Tribune (FN) Cable Ventures Inc. owns the other 30%. Even with this ownership arrangement, the channel operates under the management of Scripps Networks Interactive. Food Network features a mix of special programs and regular shows centered around food and cooking. The channel's headquarters is located in New York City, and it also has offices in various cities, including Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Detroit, Jersey City, Cincinnati, and Knoxville, Tennessee. As of February 2015, Food Network reaches around 96,931,000 households with pay television in the United States, accounting for 83.3% of all TV households.
