    MILFORD, Ohio — No one was injured after a fire broke out near a gun store in Milford Wednesday afternoon, fire officials said. David Jetter with Miami Township Fire and EMS told reporters that crews responded to a call about a fire at Just Gun & Ammo on State Route 131. When they arrived, they found flames coming from a structure behind the building and heard what appeared to be explosions.

    FRANKLIN, Ohio — A 17-year-old from Dayton is dead after a crash between a semi and a motorcycle in Warren County Tuesday evening, Ohio State Highway Patrol said. OSHP said a preliminary investigation determined a man driving a 1995 Peterbilt 379 was traveling from the northbound I-75 ramp onto State Route 123 in Franklin when he hit a 2006 Suzuki DL1000 in the intersection before striking a median divider and turning over. The motorcycle also overturned before coming to rest in the median.

    CINCINNATI — A Clermont County mother and her 14-year-old son said they were caught in the middle of what Cincinnati police described as a "running gunfight" on Reading Road in North Avondale Monday evening. Robin Knippenberg said she was delivering a grocery order to the Harmon Manor apartment complex while her son Jakob sat in the passenger seat of her Bronco. She said she was closing the back hatch when she heard a flurry of gunfire close to her.
